Ryan started an assisted living company in 2017 called Stable Living LLP, which provides Adult Family Homes and community supported living for disabled individuals within our community. This company has grown from one Adult Family Home in 2017 to 8 AFHs.

Stable Living provides in-home care for upwards of 50 clients that live on their own. They currently employ over 45 staff, and are going to do roughly 3 million in revenue. Stable Living LLP’s main goal is to change the industry standard within assisted living and help as many people as possible.

This business got Ryan interested in real estate in 2018, which is when he started to buy rental properties and attend a local real estate meet-up. This process got him obsessed with educating himself in real estate and finding off-market properties through mailers, cold-calling, and other avenues.

Ryan currently wholesales properties to other investors, flips properties, but mostly buy and hold long term value add rentals. Ryan currently owns 160 rental units outside of Stable Living LLP, and plans on buying a 1000 rental units by 2030, and continues to self manage his properties.
